This is the EXIM users list, so I will (rightly or wrongly :) assume you
want an exim solution.

This was written for the exact purpose of being a vpopmail-type solution
for Exim, with web-based configuration.
It doesn't have good mailing list integration yet, but apart from that
I've heard good comments that it is significantly more usable than
Vpopmail and 'qmailadmin'.
It DOES need some commandline scripts so that you don't have to use the
website. That's coming in version 2.

After you've got VExim running, create domains with their own system
UID's, and put the spamassassin configuration files in
<mailroot>/domain/.spamassassin/local.cf
