I haven't access to all machines of many web-hostings using cPanel.
And if the file is included into the list of files cPanel daemon updates
then editing that file on one machine becomes as useless: editions
are soon lost. One-time update on all machines by cPanel daemon
also is unacceptable because some machines could be temporarily down
at the time of the update.
