If you are not an IPv6 user, try modifying your config to specifically
set local_interfaces, ie:-
local_interfaces = 127.0.0.1:217.123.147.21

also try setting
dns_ipv4_lookup = *

One of these stopped my box showing this effect - I think it was the
former one. I *think* whats happening is this message is being
generated by the module loader or similar rather than exim itself, and
its triggered by an attempted load of something related to ipv6.
However I haven't been able to pin this down properly.
