Create a remote_smtp_50000 transport, copied from remote_smtp. Use the
smtp transport-specific "port" option (documented in the specification)
in the new transport.

Maybe there's a sexier way, but I'm always in a rush when I have to do
this, so I've never bothered to find out. :-)
