I use Openldap for Exim to get directories for all local LDAP-based
users and what you want should be possible. I.e., the info. returned by
a router is obviously conatined in variables which can be used by the
transports.

I didn't try to parse your routers or transports seriously, but the
principle's correct, IMHO.

Why not run Exim (at any rate from v4.14 onward) in -d+expand mode?
That's a fantastic help to me, at any rate.

Running it as a daemon or 'exim -bt -d+expand should do it.
