The Content-Type should most probably be application/octet-stream.
Some user agents require the filename to be quoted, although this is
not strictly required by the MIME RFCs.
If the last boundary above ends the message, it should be trailed by
two dashes:
--ATHELMBOUNDARY--
Otherwise the MIME formatting looks correct.
