[Exim] logging

If this isn't a wishlist item, I'd like to add it.

I don't know how difficult it would be to do this so I'm wishlisting on the
list.

Since I'm using mysql with exim, I was wondering why can't exim use sql to
do logging.

I realize there are different logs that exim makes in different formats so
I'm not sure how difficult it would be.
