If yes, You have THE RIGHT for a reverse-lookup !!!
I have read it on the websites 'arin' and 'ripe'.
Ask your ISP.
I have had the same problem at a client with wanadoo.fr and it
was a simpel Telephone call to get the propper reverse-lookup.
They do it on demand.
