I really don't know what you mean.

Think about 80M Germans, 5M Norwegians, 8M Swedes, 5M Danes, 17M
Hollanders, all HAPPILY using Netscape, Internet Exploder, ALL happily
using 8 bit encoding.

Jeetje. God knows how many Germans using Exim - not a few. How do you
think they make ringel-s?
