Most rDNS checks only check for the _presence_ of rDNS. Not the fact that it
must reverse-resolve to match the forward DNS. Attempting to check a forward /
inverse DNS match would break more than geeks running off cablemodem / DSL
lines ...

It'd break (for example) virtual hosting setups, where mail.foo.com,
mail.bar.com and several hundred domains all reverse-lookup to
colo231.foo-provider.com
