I hope that you replaced
smtp.isp.com
with the name of your ISP's out-going mail-hub.

The ROUTER I suggested you add should be added to the ROUTER section, not
to the transport section.
PS: What participating in an email discussion list, please learn to quote
properly. I normally entirely ignore top posted messages which over quote
