Well, it seems that some MTAs queue things up, but others bounce
immediately. That's why I organised the back-up MX really.

:: the back-up MXes, probably for this reason.

:: If that means running with only one MX than that is the way to do it.

All my MX are belong to me!

I could get backup MX on a different host, also running Exim. Guess there's
no way to implement a blocking file for my domain that that MTA could check
before sending messages to my MTA?
