no thats the date and time the email was sent !! (I use OE 5)
its like the bit were u guys go on such and such time you wrote with the
subject of etc etc

this was what was in the email, I have set freeze_tell_mailmaster
The subject was message frozen and it WAS frozen as I had to manually
unthaw it!!!!!

Well it didn't, it got frozen!!
thats also interesting since we host the domain and this mail server sits
on the pri dns server!!
I went through logs and couldn't find a reason for the dns server not being
able resolve the name!!
