You might be able to compile/run Exim using the Cygwin tools available
via:

http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/

I have no idea how hard/easy it will be - but most other popular
Unix/Linux/GNU packages have been ported without too many problems -
even, I believe, sendmail ...
