There are people who think that dynamic dns updates are the answer to
this, however unless your RADIUS server also has pretty strict policies
on IP address reuse (so if your user gets bumped off and another user
comes in straight away on that port they do not get the same ip address
- ip addresses remaining attached to logins for a period of time), then
you are always going to have problems with a session dropping, a new
one starting and fred's mail all being SMTPed off to the wrong guy.

Personally I would do this by putting the mail through a pop box and
pulling the whole set across and resplitting.
