An organization that really wants to remove all local network knowledge
from outgoing mail should implement code in its firewall to scan the
messages intelligently and make appropriate substitutions. It should
also keep complete logs of what it does, so that if there is any
subsequent query about a message, the local administrators can find out
where the message really came from and what its original contents were.
None of this is Exim's business at all.
