[Exim] Global aliasing but steel want local users

Hello.

I want to add *: some@address to alias file but steel to be
able to process local users. Now the only thing I guessed is
adding
localuser1: localuser1
localuser2: localuser2
localuser3: localuser3
in alias file but this is of course stupid. How to add
global aliasing more wisely?
