Hi -
Hopefully a simple question. Would there be any benefit to
exim's performance if I add a 2nd cpu to my mail servers (and,
upgrading the linux to support SMP)? Or would I be better
spending the money on more memory/gigabit ethernet card/holiday
abroad ...
(Currently running exim 2.12 on a Dell 4300 w. a single pentium
II/450MHz cpu).
Any thoughts, reflections, etc. most welcome as I'm a bit at-sea
with smp.
