I found the "eximconfig" script supplied with the exim package to be
*immensely* useful. It's rather like a Windows install wizard- it asks
you what class of mail system you're setting up, name of mail domain
etc. etc. and produces an /etc/exim.conf file.
The only customisation it didn't do was the cron file to periodically
run over the queue, which I changed to do "exim -ql" instead of "exim
-q".
