We have found out where the problem was. It turns out the NT was the
problem and its timezone was wrong and didn't work correctly with daylight
saving. The testing we did on it was on a NT Server and the customer that
brought it up to use also had NT. That is why we could not find the bug on
the mail server :( thanks to all that sent me message.
