These were a collection of alternative proposals for the reply-to wording.
The eventual decision was to sidestep the issue and use the wording that
is presently in the msg-fmt-07 drafts.
The ideas in those documents may be revisited for a future spec, but they
are now AFAIK considered out of scope for DRUMS.
