Right, got it. I've broken the FreeBSD port. Basically, exim installed
out of the FreeBSD portsr tree now thinks its configure file is
/usr/local/etc/exim/configure.sample! So all the editing in the world of
/usr/local/etc/exim/configure doesn't work. :-)
Will fix shortly. Apologies to anyone using the port.
