I've been playing with this for a while. I haven't got very far yet (start of
term network glitch blues :->) but hope to have something constructive soon.
I actually started out trying to write a web-ified front end for reading mail
in a previous job, but gave up when we found a commercial solution.
My thoughts on Exim were that while Eximon/shell control is great, it would be
*useful* (not essential) to be able to connect via a WWW browser and exert some
(not total) control over Exim from very remote locations. The advantage being
that you would still be able to firewall rsh/rlogin/telnet/X sessions but
simply use ACLs on a web server, as well as built-in checking in the scripts.

Anyone else with any thoughts on this, please let me know and I'll attempt to
knock together an overview/wish list

Graeme

(gulping heavily... just realising what he's undertaken!)
