Set STDERR_FILE in the build-time configuration. Then add -df to your
inetd command for running Exim. Remember to remove it when your file has
got big enough. :-)

See comments on the list about problems with that. You should see
entries on the rejectlog for rbl rejections. You can also test specific
host addresses using the -bh option.
