[EXIM] still no local mail

Well, I am frustrated with Exim not being able to deliver local mail. I now
have it allowing me to relay from another machine but if I cannot figure out
how to set up mailboxes and deliver local mail, I will have to go back to
Sendmail.

The documentation is very confusing to this beginner.
