Why *nottingham and *nott rather than *.nottingham and *.nott? I don't
suppose it will make any difference, since there probably aren't any
domains such as hardknott.ac.uk, but for tidiness...

There's no point setting relay_match_host_or_sender if you are not
setting sender_address_relay, since you are only ever checking on hosts,
but it does no harm.
