I am looking at making some exim stats available to an snmp agent, which
would make MRTG and other tools more directly usable.
However I'll be working at interfacing with the UCD SNMPD (Davis - a
follow up to CMU), and so if you are no willing to replace your snmpd (or
run an additional one maybe) that could be problematic.
