[EXIM] Solaris/DB library

I am having some fairly serious problems getting the berkeley DB 1.86
library in native mode (USE_DB=yes) to work with exim. The supplied
db.h header file throws up all sorts of errors with gcc and complains
about sys/cdefs.h being missing.

It would seem that the db.h file is not compatible with Solaris/gcc.
Anyone know whats up here and have a replacement db.h? I have the libdb.a
library built fine.
