Yes, and they make money regardless whether it works or not, because
they get paid per address.

For the spam below, I would add 205.164.68.0/24 to sender_net_reject.
That whole site is well know spam haven (consulting the Black List, it
belongs to WebCareers, aka Internet Career Consultants; if you must be
digusted, visit www.hitman.com or www.webcareers.com).

sender_net_reject is also way faster than a system message filter, and
you get to reject the email before accepting it.
