I would recommend Friso to simply install info2www himself rather than using
someone elses pages. I don't know where it comes from; I got it as a debian
package and the packager hasn't mentioned where he got it from anywhere
(this probably should be filed as a bug against the debian package).
Either get the debian source package (which includes all of the original
package so should compile on any system) or email the author of info2www,
lmdrsm@???.
