It has already been pointed out that this is likely to break some MIME
messages. But so far, nobody has mentioned that it will be a -HUGE-
problem for anyone who wishes to digitally sign their messages...

It seems to me that there are only two ways to add post-MUA content to
a message. The easiest and most acceptable is to put it in an X-mumble
header. The other method would be to encapsulate the original message
as a text/rfc822 MIME attachment to an entirely new message containing
the required text. (A solution not likely to be appreciated by anyone.)

P.S.    If an X-Disclaimer header is used, you still have to decide
    what to do if the message already has one.  Deleting the
    existing one is probably not a good idea.  But whether to
    just leave it alone or to add the new one is another matter.
