OK, I have now done that and committed the patch. While I was at it, I
added a -help option, but also I renamed dftables as pcre2_dftables,
which it probably should have been all along. I also added
PCRE2_CONFIG_TABLES_LENGTH to pcre2_config() and tidied up various parts
of the documentation that are concerned with character tables. There is
also now a facility in pcre2test for loading binary tables and a test is
included in the standard tests.
