This moring found in my logs that outlook.com
was trying to get 2 smtp connection but discoonected
when greater than one.
in my configuration I found
smtp_accept_max = 25
smtp_accept_max_per_host = 25
smtp_accept_max_per_connection = 25
smtp_accept_queue = 1
why was the configuration overruled?
