OB-content: In the real exim configuration file, this ends up as the
right hand side in the definition

domainlist local_domains = ...

If you look at the exim configuration that debian auto-generates for you
(somewhere under /var/lib/) and the template for it (under /etc/exim),
working backwards, you should be able to figure out the answer to your
original question.
