Current log format:

2016-11-18 16:30:28 [32758] SMTP connection from mta22.cp20.com [216.24.225.22]:22582 I=[84.19.194.2]:25 closed by QUIT

This is 
    YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
but you ask for
    YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS


What makes the latter more unique than the first form?

What does the "T" stand for in your format specification? (I assume the
additional spaces in your specification where garbage.)
