For the reference, the following allows to emulate pretty closely the behavior
of X-Spam-Status header:

clear_report_template

report _YESNO_, score=_SCORE_ required=_REQD_ tests=_TESTS_
autolearn=_AUTOLEARN_ version=_VERSION_
