- is in use on my systems

The header file appears also missing - ran this morning 30s after log entry
(subsequent logs show -D missing again).

Note, in my scenario (using 'unseen'), although the delivery is marked as
'Completed' (as in original posting) the 'unseen' destination host does NOT
receive the mail - I have no evidence to suggest the real MX hosts don't
receive the mail, and the logs seem to imply this correctly.
