The data you have provided looks like it's receiving inbound email,
not sending outbound email.

The "unauthorized" to me means that your system detected it as not
using SMTP Auth, so it didn't in fact send it. Use exigrep to look
through your log files and see what each mail queue id looks like.

To me it doesn't really look like there is anything wrong. Give us a
reason why you think the data below indicates something wrong. Better
yet, show us the actual loglines that correspond with the data below.

The last one is the only one that is different from the rest. It
would be interesting to see the log lines for it too.
