Hi..

yes i able to solve the issue , sorry for the delay , issue was our CISCO
ASA firewall had ESMTP inspection enabled so i had to disable it to get my
svn to work

Issue was exactly smiler to the one that mention in the URL [1] , Thanks
for your support
