I performed build tests on various platforms while using the pcre_fullinfo
patch I posted before and all tests pass.

Configuration: --enable-pcretest-libreadline --enable-utf
--enable-unicode-properties --enable-pcre8 --enable-pcre16 --enable-pcre32

Platforms:
x86 with JIT
AMD64 with JIT
32-bit PowerPC with JIT
64-bit PowerPC with JIT
s390 without JIT
s390x without JIT
ARMv6 with JIT

I will post status about MIPS later.
