As usual, there are bugfixes, tidies, and some performance enhancements.
There are also some new features. The most important is probably the
fact that the JIT now supports all pattern features; in particular,
there is support for callouts and for all the backtracking verbs such as
(*COMMIT). See the ChangeLog file for a complete list of changes.
