You read the output of "altermime --help", didn't you?
altermime --input=- \
--disclaimer=/tmp/txt \
--disclaimer-html=/tmp/html \
--log-stderr \
--debug < /tmp/message > /tmp/message.disclaimed
… or something similiar.
