EPUBReader, a Firefox extension. Looks good in general; possibly
the maintext font size a touch large by default. I also see the
fixed-width font text not wrapping that others get.


Spec:
Only toplevel (chapter) numbering in the index-bar, LHS of screen.
- Subsection numbering might be nice.
