Okay, that's a data point which just confirms previous assertions that
Microsoft's TLS1.1 implementation might be dodgy (but, at this rate,
could equally be that OpenSSL's is the one at fault).

How about the folks who were having problems with Exim talking to Exim,
OpenSSL on both sides?
