[exim] Adding an Authentication-Results header

I am trying to configure exim to add an Authentication-Results header
to incoming emails based on DKIM signatures. I found some
recommendations online but they don't really seem to follow RFC 5451.
What are some good recommendations that could be used as a starting
point?
