I have just put a Release Candidate for 8.21 on the FTP site:

This is intended as a bug-fix release, though there is one small new
facility - the ability to retrieve the size of JIT compiled data. Please
test this release candidate. If there are no issues I would like to put
out the proper release soon and then concentrate on 16-bit support with
Zoltan.
[Sheri: I haven't forgotten your --filelist request, but it will have to
wait a bit, I'm afraid.]
