The RunTest script does not run test 10 with JIT (and didn't, even
before the /M change, because the stuff it is testing is not relevant to
JIT). Only tests 1-6 and 11-13 are run three times (plain, with study,
and with study+JIT). 7-9 are DFA tests, where JIT is not relevant, and
14 and 15 are JIT specials.
