I'm afraid I found your explanation of your setup rather confusing. In
particular what I'm not clear on is:

1. Are all the references to "the server", "our server" (etc) all referring to
the same server, or is there more than one server involved? (But then I
notice that you also refer to "our servers [plural]" later on).

2. I've not heard of the terminology "Local Mail Exchanger" and "Remote Mail
Exchanger" before, so I'm not sure what you mean by that. Perhaps it's a
cPanel thing?
