Yes, I'm using the standard Oracle library.

Basically, the standard LDAP library doesn't have that function. I'm attaching
the Solaris LDAP library overview man page to this bug report.

The trouble is that none of the free platforms currently available use the
standard Oracle libraries. This is going to make testing open source software
even more difficult.
