...Aesthetics:

- Set top blue header panel to same floating width as body.

- OR the reverse..

- OR .. set grey sidebars to white so they still center the text, but are not
in obvious contrast w/r the blue header's width.

Update:

Camino, Firefox, Galeon, Kazehakase, Konqueror, Midori, Opera, SeaMonkey, all
diplay the blue-grey side panels.

Safari (OS X 10.3.9) does NOT display them as blue-grey. Text is centered, but
sides are white.

Display in Dillo omits fill colors entirely. Not a surprise.

Navigation works OK in both 'lynx' and 'links'.

NB: Most if not all, of the cited browsers are stale releases by one or more rev
levels, which may or may not matter.
